I have spent years as an Executive Assistant. It is one of the most valuable roles in any organization. I want to invest in the next generation of EAs.

When your assistant comes to you with questions on how to best serve you, but you don't always have the time to coach and mentor them, allow me to work with them. I'll help them learn how to manage up, how to find things before you do, how to identify priorities on your behalf, and how to shine in the role.

Every session is customized to what's going on with your EA. Whether it's calendar management, being a representative, time management, looking ahead, or anything else, I consider it an honor to walk along with them, sharing my knowledge and experience to help them grow.
